Also known as CST, or cranial osteopathy, CrainoSacral therapy light contact is made at selected points around the head, torso, knees, and feet. This light contact consists of gentle finger pressure and works with the whole body including the spine and the skull, and its cranial sutures, diaphragms, and fascia.
Disturbances in the body’s cranial sacral rhythm can be identified as areas of dysfunction, such as cranial, sutural, membrane and other soft tissue restrictions in the body.
